I'd like to book a shoot. What now?
A.Please fill out the form on our Booking page the best you can. From there, I'll get in touch and we will discuss your shoot further and have a chat on the phone or in person. It also helps for me to come by the venue to get a plan together for the day.
How will you deliver my photos and videos?
A.Images are supplied as JPEGS via secure online gallery as high res & web ready downloads. Video will be supplied as web ready MP4 files via DropBox download link.
When will I receive my files?
A.We will always do our best to deliver your images & video files ASAP, however we have to allow for multiple jobs being processed at the same time. We work with 14-day turnaround for our services.
What if we go beyond the time limit?
A.No worries if we go past the allotted time, mostly we can keep shooting until the job is done. However, when the shoot takes longer than expected, we charge $70 (+gst) for every additional 30 minutes.
How does payment work?
A.After you book a shoot, you'll need to make a 50% deposit to secure the shoot dates. The remainder will be due upon delivery of the images and/or video. Payments can be made via direct deposit, or credit card. Details will be on your invoice.
What if I need to change my booking date?
A.No worries if you need to change the date of your shoot. We know things happen! But please try to give us at least 48 hours notice, so we can take other bookings.
